VSL PODS x6 Simulator
The VSL PODS x6 was originally conceived as a sophisticated motion simulation system designed for military training. The vision was to install sets of pods in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch, allowing military personnel to conduct joint driving exercises. These simulations could range from jeeps to tanks, enabling users in different cities to train together in a coordinated, virtual battlefield environment.

VSL005 HOLDEN SUPERCAR
VTL015 Simulator The VTL015 simulator is a noteworthy project with an interesting backstory. The journey began when I was approached by a person who offered the body of a VT Holden, which he had designed spoilers for. This generous offer led us to acquire the VT Holden body for our simulator.

VSL 006 Ford Simulator
The VSL 006, affectionately known as “Bumblebee,” represents a standout achievement in our simulator lineup. Built from an ex-police Falcon acquired from Wellington, this simulator initially featured DeWalt as its sponsor for a high-profile two-week campaign. Following this, it became a flagship for Hydrolink, proudly displaying their logo for seven and a half years.

The First Supercar Simulator by VSL
VSL003 was the first V8 supercar simulator built by VSL. It was a Falcon V8, bought as a wreck and developed while working at Livestock Improvement in Palmerston North. Built in their spare time, the team put the wrecked car onto a trailer, turning it into a fully functional motion simulator with sound and video.
